• 1) This is an unfinished work! You'll notice this in particular with the lack of floorplans and keys. I've provided a skeleton but it's not fully fleshed out. This seemed like a better idea than providing nothing at all.
• 2) You can use it as you wish, but only in the private domain. I'd rather not ever find it floating around on the internet.
