So...I have thought about this, but the problem is I'd have to learn 5th edition (I'm assuming here that I don't need to learn 3rd and 4th to make a move to 5th...as this isn't a software upgrade that requires one to walk all the steps.) While I'm not fundamentally opposed to learning 5th edition, there are two time/effort-related downsides: 1) I'd have to stop writing for a while to have the time to learn a new ruleset, and 2) I'd have to convert all the website content (stats, spells, monsters, magic items) to 5th edition, which is a monumental task.
This seems to me like the same problem I always had with the Greyhawk Wars: it's something that probably needs to happen, but it means a massive amount of extra work for me. I'm not opposed, but right now (spring 2026) isn't the time. I'll table this idea for later. (After all, the Greyhawk Wars _did_ end up happening in my stories eventually!)
